DISTANCE SELLING CONTRACT
1. Subject
This agreement governs the sale and delivery of the product listed below by the seller to the buyer, in accordance with Turkey’s Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 4077) and regulations on distance sales. It defines the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

5. General Terms
• The buyer confirms that they have read and understood all details about the product, price, payment method, and delivery before confirming the purchase.
• Products are delivered to the buyer or their designated recipient within the timeframe specified, depending on location, without exceeding the legal 30-day limit.
• If the product is delivered to a person other than the buyer, the seller is not responsible if the recipient refuses delivery.
• The seller is responsible for delivering the product in perfect condition, complete, and in accordance with the order, including warranty documents and manuals if applicable.
• Delivery requires the buyer to have received a signed copy of this agreement and completed payment. If payment is not completed or is canceled, the seller is relieved of delivery obligations.
• In case of unauthorized credit card use not caused by the seller, the buyer must return the product within 3 days. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
• If extraordinary circumstances (force majeure, severe weather, transportation interruptions) prevent delivery, the seller will notify the buyer. The buyer may choose to cancel the order, request a replacement, or postpone delivery until the issue is resolved. Payments will be refunded within 10 days if the order is canceled.
• Defective products with or without warranty may be returned for repair, with shipping costs covered by the seller.
• This agreement becomes valid once signed by the seller and provided to the buyer.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may cancel the order within 7 days of receiving the product. To exercise this right, the buyer must notify the seller via email, phone, or fax, and the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Proof of delivery and the original invoice must be returned. The product cost will be refunded within 7 days of receiving these documents. Shipping costs for returns due to withdrawal are borne by the buyer.
7. Exceptions to Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to:
• Single-use products
• Copy-protected software and programs
• Perishable or expired items
For the following items, withdrawal is allowed only if the packaging is unopened and the product unused:
• Software and programs
• DVDs, CDs, VCDs, cassettes
• Computer and office consumables (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.)
• Cosmetics
8. Governing Authority
Disputes will be handled by the Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the legally defined value, or by the Consumer Courts in the buyer’s or seller’s location.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms acceptance of all terms of this agreement.
