01- CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
For clients beginning with an idea, brief or product direction. We translate the brief into a clear creative direction, develop design proposals, explore suitable materials and constructions, and coordinate physical sampling.

02- COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT
From a new concept or an existing client sample, we develop coherent product collections ready for production. Products can be developed from the ground up or from references, samples and specifications provided by the client.

03- PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
For developed products or production-ready client designs, we coordinate the process from manufacturing through to final delivery. We match each project with the right production partner and follow production, quality requirements, packing and shipment.

Project Details
Collection scope is shaped around each client’s brief and may vary according to the project.
Production orders generally begin from 100 units per variant, subject to product type, materials, construction and manufacturer requirements.
Each project is quoted individually following an initial consultation, based on its scope, development needs, materials and production quantities.
